Product Description
This multifunctional hose assembly comprises a positioning disc (1), a clamping disc (2), an end fitting (3), a retaining sleeve (4), a threaded ferrule (6), a quick-connect fitting (7), a core tube assembly (8), a positioning pin (9), and a hose assembly (10). The core tube assembly (8) is arranged within the hose assembly (10). The positioning disc (1), clamping disc (2), retaining sleeve (4), and threaded ferrule (6) secure the ends of the core tubes at both ends of the hose, restricting movement of the core tube assembly (8) in the vertical, lateral, and longitudinal directions. The quick-connect fittings (7) connect the ends of the multi-core hose to the fittings of a hydraulic support system. By housing multiple core tubes within an outer hose that acts as a protective sheath, this utility model significantly reduces damage to the core tubes caused by the underground operating environment.
