Structure and working principle of check valve

The principle of a check valve is to move the oil forward and stop in reverse (similar to a diode in a circuit).According to the structure of the valve core, the one-way valve can be divided into ball valve and cone valve.The ball valve is simple and easy to manufacture, but there is no orientation, poor sealing, and so little use; the tapered valve process needs to be strict, but the sealing is good, and the check valve used in this project has a more tapered valve structure.Based on whether the inlet direction of the check valve is the same, there are two forms of straight and straight lines.The figure below shows a schematic diagram of the tapered straight line through the check valve.

The valve is mainly composed of a valve core, a valve body, a valve seat, a spring, etc.When P1 is inward, the pressure oil pushes the spool under the spring force to open the check valve; when P2 is inward, the hydraulic pressure and spring force press the spool on the valve seat, and the oil is in a cut-off state.The straight-through check valve is simple and small in size, but it is easy to produce noise and vibration, and it is inconvenient to replace the spring.The right-angle check valve in the figure below effectively reduces vibration and the spring is convenient.
