A liquid-controlled check valve is a valve that relies on controlling fluid pressure to reverse the check valve.This valve has a more important position in the hydraulic support equipment of coal mining machinery.It is a more controlled oil channel with a normal check valve.When the control oil is not connected to the pressure oil, it can act like a normal check valve, and the pressure oil only flows from the oil port to the outlet.Cannot flow in reverse.When there is a control pressure input in the control oil path, the piston rod moves to the right under the pressure oil, and the check valve is opened with the top rod to rotate the inlet and outlet.If the oil change port is larger than the oil port, the oil can flow in reverse.

Preventive measures
On-site practice has proved that the hydraulic control check valve is prone to problems during the use and maintenance process. The following are preventive measures.
(1) It is necessary to ensure that there is sufficient control pressure and no pressure loss is allowed.It should be noted that the control needs to meet the requirements of the reverse opening.If the autonomous system is controlled, the analysis of the influence of the pressure change of the main system on the control pressure of the oil path is to avoid failure.
(2) According to its position in the hydraulic system or the size of the liquid flow resistance (back pressure) behind the oil chamber, structure (short or repeated) and leakage (internal leakage or external) vent).
For internal leakage hydraulic check valves, when the outlet pressure of the reverse oil exceeds a certain value, the hydraulic part will lose control, so the internal leakage valve is usually used to reverse the oil chamber without back pressure or back pressure.For smaller occasions; the external leakage valve can be used to reverse the high pressure of the oil chamber to reduce the smaller control pressure and save control power.If unloading is used, the plunger cylinder will emit vibration and noise.
